Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is an intensive leadership experience organized by the Rotary Clubs of District 6910 where you can develop your skills as a leader while having fun and making connections.

Each year, the Rotary Club of Towne Lake sponsors one deserving Interact member.

Rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors may be eligible to attend this four-day event held at beautiful Tallulah Falls that which includes whitewater rafting, hiking, swimming, a ropes course, guest speakers and an opportunity for building lifelong friendships with fellow students.

All participants:
  1. must be an active member of the Interact Club of Etowah HS.
  2. must be an incoming sophomore, junior or senior.
  • +25: Active Interact Member
  • +10: Interact Officer
  • +35: Volunteer Hours (1pt/hr, 35 max)
  • +20: Grades (Decided by Rotary)
  • +10: Others (Rotary Activities)
Other Requirements
  • Participants cannot drive to the venue. They must be dropped off and picked up by their parents or guardians.
